Seeking Participants for a new DVD

Promoting Positive Participation of Travellers in the Workplace

NATC are in the process of producing a 7-10 minute DVD that will profile a number of Irish Travellers who are successfully employed in the public and private sectors. The project will also profile their employers.

Early next year, an educational resource pack will accompany the DVD and be circulated as an educational development tool in the following areas:

Traveller Specific Community Development Projects
Secondary Schools participating in the Social, Personal and Health Education Programmes (SPHE)
Secondary Schools participating in Civic, Social and Policital Education Programmes.
Youthreach

Filming will take place in November ’08 and we will travel to you for filming. Your employer also be interviewed

We are immediately looking for potential participants who are willing to be interviewed for this DVD.
