Excellent new cookery book for students

Congratulations to everyone involved in the "Step-by-step Cooking Guide" - a wonderful new resource for students and tutors. As its name suggests, it is an easy to follow, step-by-step cooking guide perfect for literacy students and emergent readers. All the recipes have been written in plain English and include lots of helpful pictures to guide the cook through every stage. With 56 full colour pages, it was two years in the making and is part funded by the Mid-West Traveller Health Unit and County Limerick VEC. It only costs 2 euro plus postage and packaging and it is literally running out the door like hot cross buns! To order your copy call 069 63077
